What's one ingredient you couldn't live without?
I could not live without chocolate because it makes the food that I am cooking pop and makes my food sweeter.

My favorite restaurant is La Trattoria. My favorite food there is the Mona Lisa Ravioli.
Describe what you would choose to eat if it were your last meal ever.
I would eat steak and my mother’s homemade mashed potatoes on the side. For dessert I would have three scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and colorful gummy bears.
What did you have for dinner last night?
I had my mother's homemade mashed potatoes, pork chops and sauted mushrooms.
Who taught you how to cook?
My mother taught me how to cook and also my grandmother. My grandmother teaches me more cultural food. I liked to watch cupcake wars when I was little (around 4-5 years old.) That’s when I started cooking.

My favorite hot lunch is cheese ravioli with a side of Caesar salad and fruit, which is cantaloupe or apple.
One food you simply will not eat?
Brussels sprouts and hot sauce.

My favorite type of ice cream is mint chocolate chip ice cream.
If you had a restaurant what cuisine would you serve
If I had my own restaurant I would serve mainly sushi and seafood items because I love seafood except shrimp when its under cooked.
