What's one ingredient you couldn't live without?

One ingredient I can't live without is chocolate. I love all things with chocolate in them and my favorite desserts often contain chocolate in them. 

What's your favorite restaurant?

My favorite restaurant in Bermuda is Gulfstream and my favorite meal from there is the burger 

Describe what you would choose to eat if it were your last meal ever. 

 For my last meal I would have spaghetti and meatballs. It is one of my all time favorite meals and even though it is simple I have always loved it 

What did you have for dinner last night? 

For dinner last night I had meatloaf, gravy and mashed potatoes 

Who taught you how to cook?

 I was taught to cook by my grandparents on both sides of my family. I would go to my grandmothers once a week and we would often bake cookies. When it was my brother’s birthday I used to go to my grandfathers and we would make him pound cake together 

What's your favorite Somersfield 'Hot lunch?”

 My all-time favorite meal from the Somersfield hot lunch is the ravioli. I also get this meal whenever I go to the trattoria restaurant  

One food you simply will not eat?

I really don’t like mint. I won’t eat anything minty or with mint in it 

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

My favorite ice cream flavor is Ben and Jerry’s Phish food. I love the chunks of marshmallow and caramel in the ice cream 

If you had a restaurant, what cuisine would you serve?

 If I had a restaurant I would have a small café and serve gourmet sandwiches. This is because I have sandwiches for lunch often on the weekends and I like to try and make them really gourmet
