What's one ingredient you couldn't live without?
I could not live without lemons because they bring such a citrusy and tangy taste to a savory or sweet dish.
What's you favorite restaurant?
Harbourfront is my favorite restaurant because they serve the best sushi in Bermuda, in my opinion. When I go to Harbourfront I always order two orders of their Shrimp Tempura Rolls, and one order of their California Roll.
Describe what you would choose to eat if it were your last meal ever.
I would probably start off with Mrs. Amaral's cheddar, bacon toasts for my appetizer. Then, for my main course I would have homemade chicken tenders, mac’ n cheese, and Parmesan mashed potatoes. Last, but not least, I would have a creamy chocolate mousse topped with fresh berries for dessert.
What did you have for dinner last night?
Salmon, sauted mushrooms, and three cheese tortellini.
Who taught you how to cook?
My grandmother taught me how to cook a bit, but when I was little I would just watch Food Network and learn from the chefs on there.
What's your favorite Somersfield 'Hot lunch?”
My favorite hot lunch is probably the cheese ravioli with Ceasar salad, and a slice of cantaloupe.

If you had a restaurant, what cuisine would you serve?
If I had my own restaurant I would serve mainly Italian cuisine, but I will try to include everything.
