What’s your favorite restaurant?

There are many wonderful restaurants out there, but my all-time favorite is LuiLui, an Italian restaurant, in New Hampshire. My last meal at LuiLui was a bacon pizza, freshly made in a brick stone oven. Its dough was fluffy and warm with mozzarella cheese spread on it. The bacon was crispy and made the pizza taste delicious.

What’s one ingredient you couldn't live without?

My favorite ingredient that I just could not live without, has to be: vanilla. It makes every cookie and cake taste so divine and delicious.

Describe what you would choose to eat if it were your last meal ever?

If I had to have my last meal, it would have to be creamy thick mashed potatoes and molly salad. In the salad there are dried cranberries, scallions, feta cheese, bacon bites, crispy fried almonds, with a Tabasco Sauce. If I had to have my last meal, those two foods would defiantly be on the top of my list.

What did you have for lunch yesterday?

Yesterday for lunch I had a salad for Cafe 4 in Hamilton. On the salad there was: bacon, boiled egg, ham, cheese, croutons, and it was topped with the cafe 4 special salad sauce. 

Who taught you how to cook?

I have always been interested in cooking because you get to make delicious new foods. When I was young my mum and I used to bake all different kinds of pies and cakes and ever since I have had a passion for cooking and baking. There is no limit to what you can cook and that is what I love about it. 

What’s your favorite Somersfield Hot Lunch?

There are many different hot lunches that I find very tasty but my favorite has got to be the Cheese Ravioli. A ravioli filled with cheese, topped with a creamy thick tomato sauce sondes like the most perfect meal for lunch at school. 

One food you simply will not eat?

My least favorite food that absolutely nobody could make me eat are onions.
