Satya's "Kitchen Sink" Blondie
Blondies are one of the simplest, most delicious things to make. I love making blondie because you can put all different sorts of yummy goods in them, like chocolate chips, M n M, nuts, or fruit. They have that gooey caramel flavour in middle and then that crispy outer layer. Blondies are so tasty and super easy and quick to make. When you make blondies you should use dark brown sugar if you want it to taste richer although I thought they tasted good with just brown sugar. I love making blondies because you can put anything but the kink sink in them and they taste delicious.
Ingredients
8 tablespoons (115 grams 1 stick) unsalted, melted butter
1 cup (215 grams) lightly packed brown sugar
1 large cold egg
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Himalaya pink salt (or whatever you have got at home)
1 cup (130 grams) all-purpose flour (sometimes we use half coconut flour or rice flour or whatever you’ve got)
Caramel M and M (or cranberry, dried fruit or nuts chocolate chips)
*When adding your own extras you can add ½ to 1 cup of anything of your choice.
And so it begins…
The boys are hard at work!
Don’t forget to grease the pan!
Ready for the oven!
The wrap-up!
