What's one ingredient you couldn't live without?

For me it would probably be garlic. I love the flavour that garlic adds to so many dishes, and I love the aroma of garlic simmering on the stove.

What's your favorite restaurant?

My favourite restaurant in Bermuda is Harbourfront, as I absolutely love their sushi.

Describe what you would choose to eat if it were your last meal ever. 

I would eat a togarashi role, a large piece of Norwegian salmon with a butter sauce (I had this dish in Norway this summer and it was one of the best things I have ever tasted) a Caesar salad, sweet potato fries with a garlic aioli, and finally a large ice cream sundae with whipped cream and lots of cherries.

What did you have for dinner last night? 

I had a veggie burger with sweet potato fries, and a salad with homemade dressing.

Who taught you how to cook?

My parents taught me how to cook.

What's your favorite Somersfield 'Hot lunch?”

I don’t typically have hot lunches, but if I did I think I would like the ravioli with a side Caesar salad.

One food you simply will not eat?

I am open to trying anything once, so I won’t originally close myself off from trying new foods, but I don’t like anything extremely spicy.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

My favorite ice cream flavour is either mint chocolate chip, or Ben and Jerry’s Phish Food.

If you had a restaurant, what cuisine would you serve?

I would serve cuisine from all over Southeast Asia, as I am a big fan of food from this region.
