Andrew's Canadian Poutine
For my week on the Write to Cook, I made poutine because it's a Canadian traditional food. It is french fries with cheese and gravy. I have it all the time when I go to Canada and I also make it a lot at my house. I wanted to share this Canadian recipes with my fellow chefs. Even though I make this all the time I never get tired of it. The french fries did not turn out as we expected but the meal was still amazing. Now that I am in this club I am making more food at home.
