What’s one ingredient you couldn’t live without?  

Frosting! One time when I was baking with a couple friends, we ate a whole container of frosting before we had the chance to put it on the cake. Oops! 

What’s your favorite restaurant? 

My favorite restaurant is probably Rustico. They have the best gnocchi ever! 

Describe what you would choose to eat if it were your last meal ever.  

If it was my last meal, I would eat pasta and meat sauce with a big side of garlic bread.  

What did you have for dinner last night?  

Last night my dad made vegetable stir fry with a side of rice and shrimp.  

Who taught you how to cook?  

Both of my parents taught me how to cook, but in different ways. My dad likes to experiment and cook without a recipe while my mom only cooks from cook books.  

What is your favorite Somersfield hot lunch?  

I don’t get hot lunch, but I love when my parents give me leftover pasta for lunch.  

What is one food you will simply not eat?  

Anchovies! How gross! Their just raw fish from a can.  

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?  

My favorite ice cream flavor is “I scream for cake,” but sadly, they only have it at a small ice cream place in Maine.  

If you had a restaurant, what cuisine would you serve? 

If I had a restaurant, I would serve Italian food because I love pasta!
